We all need role models of leadership: people who instill values, courage and good habits in us while at the same time being humble and down to earth. People who teach by example that leadership is about elevating others, not yourself. People who walk the talk. John Maxwell is one of those leaders who never cease to amaze me. The worldwide pandemic and lockdown don’t stop him from delivering value and valuing people. Way to go and way to serve, John! Sad I won’t be able to see you in Florida this year but inspired even more by your example to pivot and see the possibilities rather than the obstacles in this season! Any fellow JMTs out there?
