Passion is key for purpose. Water always finds a wav to permeate rock. First as a little leak, then eventually as a stream and a spring In the same way your passion will always find a way to create purpose in and of all seasons, circumstances and areas of influence in your life. My true passion is to empower, develop and maximize the potential in others. Due to COVID, changes in how and when I work have opened up new windows of opportunity for me to take ahold of: empowering my kids to step out of their comfort zone even more than before, teaching leadership, developing a strategy for a new business with my husband, starting a foundation for leadership and influence that will serve so many more people and projects that I have on my heart than I could have possibly done before. There is tons of opportunity around us that comes as a product of the time and challenges we are in right now. How can you apply your passion to create even deeper purpose that serves others?
