Fall. My favorite season. I love watching nature go through this transition of letting go of the old and preparing for the new. I am in the process of planning the upcoming schedule for 2020 and feel grateful for what is lying ahead. However it is also a process of letting go of old things to make room for the new projects of BIG Vision Leadership that have been in the making. This time I purposefully did sth different in planning the new year. Each month in my 2020 calendar has one week that I intentionally blocked, highlighted and reserved for growth to take in space. Yes, I did have to make the hard choice not to take on certain projects, but if I don’t let go of things how can there be room for the new to grow? It takes trust, faith and the knowing that there are good plans in the making for you, plans to grow and prosper you.
